To access the downloads on this site, you must first agree to the agreement below.

I will:

  • Not do anything to bring the Children's High Level Group (CHLG) into disrepute
  • Always inform CHLG (on 0207 222 3648) before doing a public fundraising collection on behalf of CHLG (including sponsorship and raffles) and obtain any relevant permission from my Local Authority
  • Obtain and pay to the CHLG 100% of all money raised within three months of my fundraising activity (cheques should be made payable to Children's High Level Group and sent to the address below)
  • Ensure that all materials include the text ‘The Children's High Level Group - Registered charity number 1112575'
  • Obtain permission from the CHLG to use the CHLG name or logo or objectives of the charity within any material prior to publication, printing or distribution
  • Not carry out house to house collections
  • Obtain written permission of parents or guardians before involving young people (under 18) in fundraising events
  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of myself and other people and contact my Local Authority or CHLG if I am unsure
  • Check whether I have adequate insurance for an event and inform CHLG if I am holding an event that requires public liability insurance cover. CHLG can take no responsibility for any injury, losses or damage caused or sustained as a result of fundraising events in aid of CHLG
  • Not collect in any public place without first obtaining a collector's licence from the appropriate Local Authority
  • Not collect on private property (shops, pubs etc.) without obtaining prior permission from the owner
  • Check with my Local Authority whether any event involving the sale of alcohol or singing or dancing requires a Temporary Event Notice, Premises Licence or any other applicable licence or permission

I understand that the Children's High Level Group may terminate my right to raise funds at any time.
