SPUNE!

SPUNE, which means ‘shout out’ in Romanian is a movement of volunteer children’s right advocates aged between 14 and 24. Most of them are ex-institutionalised children. They make speeches, take part in local radio interviews and lobby the authorities about de-institutionalisation, campaigning for child rights and giving a voice to fellow young people who are still suffering in silence.
